By completing a purchase on this site you agree that in the event of a unlawful distribution or file sharing of any of our products being traced back to your account that we retain the right to if we choose to make use of your account information to ensure that further copyright infringements do not take place.

You acknowledge and agree that the material and content contained within the Website is made available for your personal non-commercial use and you may download any digital recordings purchased hereunder and stream any clips provided on your personal computer or other similar personal device. Any other use of the material and content of the Website is strictly prohibited. You agree not to (and agree not to assist or facilitate any third party to) copy, reproduce, transmit, publish, display, distribute, commercially exploit or create derivative works of such material and content. Please be aware that when you complete a purchase, the purchased track is instantly impregnated with a ‘watermark’. This watermark contains your unique ID and cannot be removed. We constantly monitor the internet and P2P websites for breaches of our and our licensors copyright emanating from tracks originally purchased from the Website. If we detect that you have without our authority either personally or by way of assistance/facilitation of any third party, copied, reproduced, transmitted, published, displayed, distributed, commercially exploited or created derivative works of our or our licensors material and content then we have the right to suspend your user accounts, including any outstanding credits and inform any relevant authorities empowered to act upon such unauthorized activity and/or copyright owners who’s copyright may have been breached for them to take such necessary action as may be required. This will mean that we will be entitled to pass on your contact details to them.

The reproduction of any content contained on this site including (but not limited to) all text and images is strictly prohibited. No quoting or previewing of any of the articles on this site is allowed. No use of any of our pictures is allowed on any 3rd party websites or web stores.

To register for an account on the Hardcore Junglism web store we require your name, email address and password.

In order to purchase items from the web store we may require your invoice and shipping addresses, and information relating to your payment method. Payment information is securely transferred by our payment provider site and not via our site / store or servers. We do not store any credit or debit card information within the site.

This site also uses secure cookies to improve your experience while using the site by using the site you accept our cookie policy.

Your account information is never shared with third parties however we may also use it to contact you in regards to support issues or promotional emails from either Hardcore Junglism or its associated labels and sites in the future.

Where appropriate we may share your account information with our payment provider in order to verify your identity.

All customer information is stored securely and encrypted where appropriate.

If you wish to register as a user on the Website, you must register using our online registration process, In doing so you must agree to provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted by the Website’s registration process and maintain and promptly update the information to keep it true, accurate, current and complete.

We reserve the right to modify or withdraw any part of or all of the Website with or without notice to you and you confirm that we shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification to or withdrawal of the Website.

The Website is subject to constant change. You will not be eligible for any compensation because you cannot use any part of the Website or because of a failure, suspension or withdrawal of all or part of the Website.

You shall not use the Website for any illegal or immoral purposes, and you will use it in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. The price for any particular product or Download will be the price displayed on the Website at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to change prices for any products at any time and do not provide price protection or refunds in the event of a price drop or promotional offering.

REFUNDS ON DIGITAL DOWNLOADS:

All sales are final and all charges from those sales are nonrefundable. Hardcore Junglism will not refund any fees for Products or services that you purchase and then fail to download, unless such failure is caused solely by the negligence or gross misconduct of Hardcore Junglism.

Hardcore Junglism does NOT issue refunds on non physical products including (but not limited to) digital downloads. Before committing to purchase you acknowledge that it is your (the customers) responsibility to ensure that you have correctly purchased the right tracks and Hardcore Junglism will not issue refunds on incorrect orders.

If there is any problem with the file that you have purchased we will always check and rectify any problem if you contact us. Refunds are not offered in the event of problems with files purchased. All files are checked when uploaded to our server and in the even of any issue we will happily replace any files with errors.

Audio samples are provided for every audio file that we retail on site and it is the customers responsibility to ensure that the file is correct BEFORE purchase

The audio material sold on this site is as supplied by the rights owners and whilst every assurance is made by Hardcore Junglism that the material is of the highest quality we must advise that in some instances material may differ from previously released versions. This could include but is not limited to different arrangements and track lengths to previously released versions under the same name or catalog number.  It is also noted that in some instances upon transfer of material from original masters some artifacts or drop outs may occur and if that tracks are supplied with such instances then we will adhere to the instructions of the rights holder with regards to release.

For digital or downloaded items, we will not entertain claims for faulty products based on production values. We cannot provide any guarantees of issues production quality, such as, but not limited to, recording volumes, analogue mastering, full frequency ranges in audio files

By Accepting these terms and conditions at check out you confirm that we are unable to accept cancellation of any orders for digital downloads, nor offer any refund for such orders, once downloading has commenced.

VINYL RECORDS:

Whilst every care is taken with the packing and posting of vinyl records sold on store we cannot guarantee that damage such as warping can happen during transit. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that upon receipt of the product that they check for damage BEFORE signing for or accepting delivery of the product. We can not offer refunds if the customer has signed for the product and accepted a product with damaged packaging or a damaged product as when you (the customer) have signed for or accepted delivery you have confirmed with the courier that the package and product is not damaged which voids any possibility of a claim with the courier company. If you have signed for or accepeted delivery of the product you have acknowledged that the product is in good condition and you are happy with the product. If you are not happy with the product you can refuse to accept it and it will be returned to us by the courier we will then contact you regarding the next steps and options.

Returns on vinyl will only be accepted if there is a physical fault with the product in which case the customer will need to contact us to arrange a return to us. It is the customers responsibility to pay for postage to return the product as return shipping can be claimed back for free from Paypal under their buyer protection system.

Hardcore Junglism will only accept returns after proof of physical fault has been provided by the customer in the form of video and / or photos.

Hardcore Junglism will only provide a refund on Vinyl products once the product has been received back at our distributors and checked. we reserve the right to refuse a refund if the product is returned with no physical faults. in this instance it is the customers responsibility to pay for postage for the item to be returned to them. In such instances we will provide video of the product with no fault to the customer.

In the event of a refund being offered on a vinyl product the refund amount shall not include shipping paid by the customer.

Hardcore junglism does not offer replacement products on vinyl. if there is a fault and we accept return we will issue a refund for the product (less postage) if the item is still in stock after that point and the customer wishes to re purchase then they are welcome to do so.

If a vinyl product is refunded the associated digital files will be removed from the customers account.

Customs taxes on vinyl records:

As Per UK and European laws some countries may impose import taxes or VAT on items purchased and shipped from the UK when goods enter the country. It is the customers responsibility to pay these taxes or charges and not that of Hardcore Junglism.

If taxes or VAT charges are not paid and the item is returned to us the customer will have to pay additional shipping costs for the item to be resent to them – We will not ship any items until this has been paid.

We also DO NOT give refunds on orders that are returned to us due to unpaid customs import charges, Tax or VAT not being paid by the purchaser as demanded by their countries customs or border guards. If your item is returned to us with unpaid charges notices it will be held until shipping has been paid then will be shipped again to the customer.

We will not alter the value of the purchased items on the customs shipping form as this is illegal and any requests to do so will be ignored.

CLOTHING AND MERCHANDISE:

Refunds are not issued on clothing or merchandise sold on the site due to the following reasons and by purchasing clothing and / or merchandise from our site you agree to the following:

Size issues – our clothing is printed to order so it is the customers responsibility to ensure they order the correct size when placing an order. As no items are manufactured until an order has been placed by the customer we only manufacture what is actually ordered by the customer on our site. We are unable to return items once printed and we do not accept returns on items due to issues with size. All items are shipped to us by our printers and we check quality and sizes are correct before repackaging and posting to our customers. Full sizing information is available on each items page and if you are unsure please feel free to contact us for more info BEFORE placing an order.

Damaged orders – all clothing is checked and packed by us before sending to customers to ensure items are correct and not damaged. All items are send using signed for delivery and it is the customers responsibility to check items and packaging before signing for receipt of goods. If you sign for goods you are confirming with the shipping company that you are happy with the product and it has been delivered not damaged – We will not accept responsibility or returns for damaged items once they have been signed for by the customer. In the event of good being damaged in transit it is the customers responsibility to refuse delivery and goods will be returned to us where we will be able to make a claim with the shipping company.

Design issues – All items are shipped to us from the printers and are checked for issues before being sent onto customers. we do not accept returns on items due to design issues as all mock up images on site are made using exactly the same images as supplied to our printers. It is the customers responsibility to check images and designs before making orders and we will not accept returns on the basis of customers not being happy with designs on clothing. PLEASE NOTE – Label artwork is supplied to us from labels and due to copyright and trademark laws we are unable to edit these files, Some files are over 25 years old and can contain lower quality resolution than that of more modern designs due to being made on older systems and in some cases being hand drawn – All files have been restored using latest technology and checked for issues before printing BUT in some instances there can be what is known as “Relics” or “artifacts” from the original files – All files are checked and deemed fit for use before printing. Please note by placing an order you agree that you have checked and acknowledged the quality of the images that are printed onto our merchandise. Refunds are not given for instances when the customer is not happy with the finished printed logo’s quality, Look or design. Some of our designs may contain gaps or spaces in parts of block printed areas or some outlines might be more “jagged” than modern printed logos might appear due to old fonts and designs being made on lower resolution systems when logos were originally designed please be assured that these are part of the original design and have been checked with against the original artwork and confirmed before posting to customers.

Non delivered orders – We posts our packages using Royal mail first or second class signed for services only this service offers insurance against lost or stolen items. In the event of your package not being delivered after posting we will need to wait the specified 21 day grace period that is allocated by royal mail BEFORE any claim for compensation can be made. In the event of lost packages we are not liable for this and although we will be more than happy to seek an insurance claim from royal mail we are not liable and will not issue refunds until a successful insurance claim has been completed for the item.

Clothing or design color – In some instances colors on printed garments displayed on site may vary from the colors on the final finished printed garments. This is due to computer monitors and device screens displaying colors in a different way than how it is processed by a printer. All colors are matched as closely as possible but some variation may occur mostly on bright colors. We do not accept returns based on colors being slightly different from that displayed on your device.

Non delivered return to sender orders – In the event of your item being returned to us for being not delivered it is the customers responsibility to pay for postage to reship the item. No items will be re shipped until postage has been paid to Hardcore junglism by the customer. No refund will be offered on items that have not been delivered and returned to us

CLOTHING DELIVERY TIME:

Please note – All of our clothing items are MADE TO ORDER and require a period after your order is placed for us to arrange for your items to be printed and shipped. This normally takes no longer than 21 days how ever during busy periods or during our Xmas and NY shut down period this may be delayed even further.
